Diddy Wants to "Feel Like a White Man"
Diddy wasn't shy in expressing quirky suggestions for the sound of a potential hit record. "[He was] like, 'I want the beat that makes me feel blue,'" he continues, "[That's] blue as in the color." While disco balls shined in the dimly-lit studio, the "Hello Good Morning" artist even went as far as asking for a tune with race and location in mind. The record I did for Diddy is called "Love You No More" that should be on his Last Train to Paris album this summer.
With Puff, there's one thing that I am gonna tell you. Puff is probably one of the main people that when it comes to this industry, he's probably one of my biggest, biggest inspirations just because of the way the n*gga's grinding. When you think about it, it's just blinding.Working with him, he has this focus that's just undeniable. Whenever he wants something, he's not gonna stop until he gets it. I don't care who you are, you're moving out the way. And that's just how Puff gets down. No matter what, you gotta respect his grind and you gotta respect his intensity. Diddy's intensity is on some Obama sh*t.
You gotta respect that and let me tell y'all, the record that I gave Puff, on some real sh*t, is a monster. Puff knows that record was very close to my heart but you know, Puff is Puff man and I couldn't help but give it to him and it's featuring Drake. It's a monster, recording with Puff is great.

Something to Make Lil Kim "LOL"
The plaintiff, Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, claims Minaj agreed to rent a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago -- at the rate of $1,750 a day -- to shoot her "Massive Attack" music video. But according to the suit -- filed today in L.A. County Superior Court -- the exotic car was driven "off-road" and damaged "in the approximate amount of $11,589.41." Plus, they allege, Minaj didn't pay three days rent on the car -- that's another $5,250. The rental company is suing for unpaid rental charges, property damage, and punitive damage. (TMZ)

Talib Kweli Defends Slim Thug's Controversial Remarks about Black Women
Rapper Talib Kweli recently commented on Slim Thug's remarks stating "I think the people that are really angry are people who are taking the comments out of context and they're not really reading the whole blog. And when the commenters are reading it, they're really looking to see what's wrong with it anyway. Somebody hit me online and said what they got from it is he hates them and I didn't get that. What I got from the blog is here's a man who's confused about relationships and that wants to support the black family and that wants to see black relationships doing good. And at the end of the day when you take out all the generalizations, he's really saying that black men and black women have to have better communication and respect each other more. According to Chamillionaire’s live broadcast on Ustream last night (June 9), rumors of his financial demise have been greatly exaggerated. The Houston-based rapper known for such hits as “Ridin’ Dirty,” “Turn It Up” and “Hip-Hop Police” addressed the reports concerning his alleged lack of fiscal responsibility sparked by the recent TMZ story on his foreclosed $2 million home.
Cham recently lost his 7,583 square foot home after falling behind on several payments. Koopa disclosed in his telecast online that he decided to let the house go because it had become a bad real estate investment. He and his financial advisor went to his bank to refinance the house, but the bank would not budge. After considering surrounding circumstances such as his mother dealing with cancer and numerous medical bills associated with that and the recent birth of son, Xavier, Cham chose to let the house go to foreclosure.
“The name Xavier means ‘new house,’” Cham said. “So I took that as a sign that I was doing the right thing.”
As for the knots in his pockets, the Grammy Award-winning MC assured fans that he’s not hurting for stacks. “Me and Universal have a 50/50 deal,” Cham said. “I make what they make. My last album Ultimate Victory wasn’t as successful as my debut album but I made money because I paid everything out of my own pocket and went back to Universal and got reimbursed for that. I kept the cost low.”
The normally very private rapper also added that he has family and people that depend on him, so his concerns lean towards being more responsible with his financial choices rather than how they make him appear in the public light. “My mother has cancer and she was looking at my house and my lifestyle and was afraid to come to me about money for medical bills,” Cham said on the Madd Hatta Morning show. “And I’m like, don’t do that. Whatever bills you have come to me about it. I had to ask myself was keeping a house that was not worth all the money I’d been paying on it worth more than my mother or my son? Former Cash Money Records artist Juvenile recently said Lil Wayne's current incarceration has further delayed the Hot Boys reunion.
Juvie says that a reunion is not possible until all original Hot Boys members are present.
"I really want to do that," Juvie said about a reunion. "You know if it were left up to Juvie we would do it right now man, But you cant do no Hot Boys songs without everyone present and that's the thing you got to have everyone present to make it work. Chamillionaire Follow-up
Chamillionaire's foreclosure problem is just one financial woe facing the Houston rapper. Turns out the hip-hop star owes the IRS more than $184,000 in delinquent federal income taxes, according to public records. The IRS filed a $184,692 lien against Chamillionaire (real name Hakeem Seriki) and his wife, Deetra, on Nov. 23 with the Montgomery County (Texas) Clerk. According to the lien, they owe income taxes from 2007. (Detroit News)

Soooo, all of a sudden Drake's album is leaked. Is this a marketing ploy executed by Lil Wayne to increase or decrease Drizzy's album sales?
A few years ago, Lil Wayne's faced a similar situation with the release of his The Carter III album; it debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, selling 1,005,545 copies in its first week.
With this in mind, it would seem like a good idea to follow this approach.
On the contrary, it's a well-known fact that Lil Wayne doesn't want any artist on his label to be 'bigger' than he is. (read my blog on Jay-Z been out-rapped by Kanye West on Run This Town) A few years ago, rapper Curren$y's album was constantly pushed back and as a result he left the label.
Who knows why it happens, I guess we'll stay tuned to see if Drake can sell a milli too!

A few months ago I blogged about my former TV wife's Playboy magazine spread. Recently it's been discovered that she's divorcing her husband of 9 years, hopefully for me!
Gary Coleman's Wife Fires Back at "Smile" Critics
We get that whole Diff'rent Strokes for different folks. But maybe a little perspective is needed, too.
A rep for Gary Coleman's ex-wife, Shannon Price, is lashing out at critics who say that a photograph of a grinning Price taken the day after the former child star's increasingly mysterious death insinuates something sinister behind her decision to remove Coleman from life support.
"That day it took Shannon two hours before she could stop throwing up and walk to the front room with her bed pan and sit down in the chair," Price's spokeswoman and friend, Shielia Erickson, tells E! News. "Once she started talking about Gary she was happy. How she loved to talk about the good times they had."
The last few days, however, have been far from good times for Price.
Gary's onetime missus, who had his permission to make health-care decisions on his behalf, showed off her pearly whites on May 29, posing for a picture with Erickson, an agent who worked with both Gary and Price.
That photo instantly found its way to sites like TMZ, which played up her beaming countenance.
But Erickson says Price was far from happy when the photo was snapped.
"This picture was taken right after she spoke of her love for Gary, and she was hugging me, her second mom," she says. "She was in a lot of pain that day, and makeup hides a lot."
Price did the sit-down to dispel chatter that she may have had something to do with Coleman's death. She also talked about all the money the Diff'rent Strokes star spent on her and how she had none left to pay for his funeral set for Saturday in Utah.
The funeral is now in doubt, as Coleman's long-estranged parents are making a bid to have his body transported back to his native Illinois.
Even in death the poor guy can't catch a break. So much for resting in peace.

Chamillionaire Forecloses on Houston Mansion
Chamillionaire has become the latest rapper to experience the effects of the recession. The Houston native says he decided to foreclose on his 7,583 square foot mansion he purchased in 2006 for $2 million dollars after realizing the home was a bad investment.
In an impromptu interview with TMZ, Chamillionaire born Hakeem Seriki explained that the house became worth nothing after the real estate market went bad so he decided to let it go.
"I bought a house in Houston. I have multiple mortgages some for me some for other people. This house actually was my most expensive mortgage and I decided to let that house go because the house ended up being worth nothing. When the market went down the house went down did too and it was worth nothing," he said.
"I paid like close to $2 million dollars for that house and I decided to just let it go, give it back to the bank. It wasn't a situation where they came and it took it from me. I felt like I didn't want to pay that much money a month for a house that I'm was never at. I was never at the house I was always on the road touring."
After foreclosing on a $2 million dollar home, Chamillionaire says he's doing ok and that he has no financial problems. "I'm still Chamillionaire, when I'm Chathousandire y'all will have a real story," he added.

We knew it was just a matter of time before Lil Kim made reference to Nicki Minaj. Even though the jab was subliminal, during a recent performance in Buffalo, New York, Kim made reference to Minaj biting her wig-wearing style.
While rapping a verse from her 1997 single 'Crush on You,' Lil Kim abruptly pulled off her blonde wig and declared that she was over it. "I'm going to another level," she told the crowd. "I love the wigs and everything but I'm so above this. I'm so above this ... I'll be back!"
Since gaining popularity for her colorful wigs and clever flow, Minaj has been garnering several comparisons to Lil Kim who was known for rocking a similar look. In a possible response to Lil Kim, the 25-year-old, who also just wrapped up an appearance in Buffalo, posted an interesting message on her Twitter page Thursday (June 3). "Raise ya hand if u don't have 2 diss ppl to feel better about urself," she wrote. "Jealousy is a disease. It kills @ a fast pace. Kisses 2 my bad b----es."
